Opt in to operational SMS alerts
Hexalogic Operational Alerts is a notification program for authorized staff of the businesses we operate systems for. Opting in is how you agree to receive these text messages.
Program: Hexalogic Operational Alerts. With your consent, Hexalogic LLC sends operational and account text-message (SMS) notifications — for example, an alert that a new order or lead has been captured on a phone line we operate, a status update, or a reminder that an item needs review — to authorized staff who have provided their mobile number to receive them. These are work notifications only; we do not send marketing or promotional text messages under this program.
How to opt in
There are two ways authorized staff opt in, and both use the same consent language and disclosures shown below:
- Online — complete the form on this page: enter your name and mobile number and check the consent box (it is unchecked by default). Your consent is recorded when you submit.
- During onboarding — your administrator collects the same written consent, using the same language and disclosures published on this page, when your mobile number is added to the alert list.
By opting in you agree to receive operational and account SMS notifications from Hexalogic at the number you provide. Message frequency varies based on activity in the service. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help. START resubscribes.
