How Hexalogic LLC collects, uses, shares, and protects information — including text-message (SMS) data.

Hexalogic LLC (“Hexalogic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides AI consulting and implementation services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website at hexalogicllc.com and through the services we operate, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. By using our website or services, or by consenting to receive messages from us, you agree to this Policy.

1. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Information you provide — such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, and the contents of any message you send us (for example, through our contact form or when you book a call).
  • Mobile phone numbers for notifications — a phone number you, your employer, or your administrator provides so that authorized users can receive operational and account text-message (SMS) notifications related to a service we operate.
  • Information processed on behalf of our clients— when we build or operate AI systems for a business client (for example, a phone-ordering assistant), we may process information on that client’s behalf, such as call recordings, transcripts, and order details. For that information we act as the client’s service provider, and our handling of it is governed by our agreement with that client.
  • Information collected automatically — when you visit our website we may collect usage data such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring pages, through cookies and similar technologies.

2. Text messaging (SMS) and your consent

With your consent, Hexalogic sends operational and account-related text-message (SMS) notifications — for example, alerts that a new order or lead has been captured, status updates, and review reminders — to authorized users who have provided their mobile number to receive them. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages under this program.

  • Message frequency varies based on activity in the service.
  • Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
  • Opting out: reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe; you will receive a confirmation and no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe.
  • Help: reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at contact@hexalogicllc.com.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties for marketing. We share this information only with the telecommunications and messaging providers we use strictly to transmit the messages you have requested, and those providers may not use it for their own purposes.

3. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • provide, operate, maintain, and improve our website and services;
  • send the operational and account notifications described above, with your consent;
  • respond to your inquiries, schedule calls, and communicate with you about our services;
  • monitor usage, ensure security, and prevent fraud or abuse; and
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information:

  • With service providers who perform functions on our behalf — such as telephony and messaging providers, hosting, email delivery, and analytics — under contracts that limit their use of the information to providing services to us;
  • With our business clients, where we process information as that client’s service provider;
  • For legal reasons — to comply with applicable law, legal process, or enforceable governmental request, or to protect our rights, safety, or property; and
  • In a business transfer — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

As stated above, mobile phone numbers and SMS consent information are an exception: they are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances.

5. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Information we process on behalf of a business client is retained and deleted according to our agreement with that client. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

6. How we protect information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information — including least-privilege access, encryption in transit, keeping sensitive data in systems the data owner controls where practical, and human review where it matters. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and rights

  • Text messages: opt out at any time by replying STOP, as described above.
  • Email: you may ask us to stop sending non-essential email by contacting us.
  • Access, correction, and deletion: depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. Contact us to make a request; we will respond as required by applicable law.
  • Cookies: you can set your browser to refuse cookies or alert you when cookies are being sent; some site features may not function without them.

8. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the website, remember preferences, and understand how the site is used so we can improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

9. Children’s privacy

Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above, and material changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of our website or services after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
